LAST DAYS OF THE TSARS
Site: The Stimson-Green Mansion
Location: Seattle, United States
Year: 2020
The palace in winter.
Its royal wizard. A ghostly ballet.
Last Days of the Tsars charted the fall of the final imperial dynasty in Russia, from Rasputin’s death to the execution of the Romanovs. Audiences followed royals, nobles, soldiers, and servants, both dead and alive, across three floors of the Stimson-Green Mansion and two years of murder and upheaval at the dawn of the revolution.
“Excellent and memorable … Last Days of the Tsars is filled with death, resurrection, haunting and revenge, making a potent mix with an audience who also seems to be haunting the house.”

"Don't miss."
—The Stranger
"Handsomely produced … clamber with fellow patrons up and down stairs, from majestic dining room to well-appointed library, bedroom to basement, all while leaning in to catch what the doomed Romanovs and their conspiring enemies are up to.”
